With two beautiful studios in Kilcoole and a new location opening soon in Wicklow Town, we offer a variety of Reformer Pilates classes designed to support your goals, whether you're a total beginner, returning to movement, or ready to challenge your strength and stamina.
Pulse 1
Perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting to build confidence on the Reformer.
In Pulse 1, you'll learn the basics of Reformer Pilates, build strength safely, and improve your posture, mobility, and coordination. Expect a slow and steady class with clear guidance and personal attention from your instructor.
Pulse 2
A fun and dynamic class that blends strength, mobility, and flow.
Pulse 2 is our most popular class offering a full-body workout with options to modify or progress based on your level. You’ll work on toning, balance, and core control, using a variety of props and resistance levels.
Pulse 3
A challenging, strength-focused Reformer class for experienced clients.
This is our most advanced group class, combining powerful movements, dynamic flows, and challenging spring combinations. Expect to feel the burn and leave feeling empowered.
Pulse Athletic
Pulse Athletic is a high-energy, full-body Athletic Reformer class that blends strength, cardio, and core on the reformer. Think power moves, killer playlists, and serious results.

These sessions are designed to push you, challenge you, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.
Pulse Reset
A gentle, slower-paced Pilates class designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
This class encourages mindful movement, improving flexibility, stability, and balance while easing stress through calming breathing and relaxation techniques.
Pulse General
This class is designed for both beginners and intermediates. It’s fully scalable to suit your ability — making it a truly inclusive class for everyone.
Our experienced instructors will guide and support you throughout, ensuring your Pilates experience is perfectly tailored to your needs. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to progress, this class will meet you where you are.
Pulse Release & Restore
Experience the power of the Release and Restore workshop, where targeted reformer exercises, conscious breathing, and somatic movement come together to release deep-seated physical stress and tension.
By regulating the nervous system, this workshop calms the body and mind, promoting overall well-being. Concluding with a guided relaxation and head massage, allowing you to deeply unwind and seal in the workshop's benefits of leaving you rejuvenated.
Perfect for reducing stress, enhancing recovery, and boosting your overall sense of well-being, this workshop is suitable for all levels, ages, pre/post-partum as well as injury-recovering individuals.
Personal Training
Our Personal Training offers clients a completely tailored experience, fully focused on the client's requirements and needs. Whether the goal is rehabilitation-centered, gaining confidence on the machine, or having a privately tailored class to meet specific requirements, this type of session is ideal. The personalised attention ensures that the client's individual goals and preferences are taken into consideration, resulting in a customised and effective workout experience.
