Aoife Niall, Co-Founder
Aoife has always had an interest in health and fitness. She started her Pilates journey after her first child was born 14 years ago and since then has become a certified Pilates Instructor. Aoife has trained and qualified in both mat pilates and reformer, but her true passion lies in teaching reformer pilates.
Outside of her professional life, Aoife enjoys staying active with activities like running, having completed numerous races including the Dublin City Marathon! She also loves weight training and tries to incorporate this alongside her pilates practice. She believes in leading by example and strives to inspire others to prioritise their health and well-being. Aoife prides herself on building a strong connection with her clients, encouraging them to stay engaged and committed to their fitness and wellness goals. Continuing to expand her knowledge, Aoife stays up-to-date on the latest developments in Pilates and wellness, attending workshops and conferences to enhance her skills and bring the best to her clients.
Caoimhe Holfeld, Co-Founder
From an early age, Caoimhe embraced an active lifestyle, starting with horse riding at the age of 5. With a deep-rooted passion for movement and nutrition, Caoimhe's journey towards wellness has been both inspiring and transformative.
Balancing the roles of a mother to two daughters, a full-time career, and pursuing studies in Nutritional Therapy by night, Caoimhe turned to running as a stress-relief outlet. However, after realising the need for a more holistic approach to fitness, she discovered the profound benefits of Reformer Pilates. From her very first class, she was hooked!
Not only did Reformer Pilates enhance Caoimhe's running performance, but it also alleviated her posture issues and lower back pain resulting from long hours at a desk. It improved her sleep quality, boosted her mental and physical strength, and reduced stress levels. Recognising that many others face similar challenges, Caoimhe was determined to share the life-changing benefits of Pilates with as many people as possible.
Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Caoimhe embarked on a career in teaching, specialising in private and group Reformer classes. Her dedication to Pilates and learning led her to pursue a diploma in Clinical Pilates, further deepening her understanding and appreciation of the human body. From her studies, Caoimhe appreciates how Pilates can aid in the rehabilitation process of injury while supporting and strengthening the body.
